PLACING AN ORDER:
Buying online could not be easier. Simply browse through our catalogue, click on any items that you wish to purchase and put them in your shopping cart. When you have finished your selection, click "View Basket" and then click on "Check Out" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete your order.

The following Credit and Debit Cards are accepted:-

VISA, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO and DELTA

PAYMENT:
The following details from your card need to be entered:-
Number - Start Date - Expiry Date - Name on Card - Issue Number and Security Code if applicable.

All prices are in Sterling (UK Pounds) and include VAT at 17.1/2%.
For overseas customers your credit card company will convert payment to your local currency.

Payment will be processed immediately prior to despatch.

N.B. If you prefer not to order online, please make contact through the other options listed under "How to contact us."

DELIVERY:
Subject to payment being authorised and barring a system failure, we will despatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt (weekends excepted), provided the item ordered is in stock. If the item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order should you so wish.

DELIVERY CHARGES:
Postage and packing charges are excluded from the purchase price.
The system will automatically calculate these costs based on the weight of the goods and the country of destination.


CREDIT CARD SECURITY:
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed, using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any website. As required by the UK Data Protection Act 1984, we adhere to strict security procedures in respect of data storage and customer information.

All Wheatley products are renown worldwide for their quality, durability and attention to detail. As part of the manufacturing process all finished items are fully inspected by hand. We guarantee your satisfaction.

PRIVACY POLICY:
Richard Wheatley Ltd. is committed to protecting your privacy. We do not disclose customers' information to any third parties. Cookies are used in this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store the delivery address if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the "Remember Me" option.

RETURNS POLICY:
Richard Wheatley Ltd. take great pride in the quality of the finished product and make every effort to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition. However, should you receive an order with which you are not entirely satisfied, contact us within 30 days and we will arrange for a refund or exchange. The cost of postage of the returned product will be refunded.
